Guest guest Posted May 29, 2009 Report Share Posted May 29, 2009 Angel Hair Aglio-Olio 1/4 cup olive oil 3 garlic cloves, minced 1 tablespoon chopped parsley salt to taste freshly ground black pepper to taste 1/2 pound angel hair pasta Heat the olive oil, garlic, parsley and salt and pepper to taste in a saucepan over medium-low heat for 10 minutes. The garlic should be tender and the aroma potent. Meanwhile, cook the pasta in boiling salted water until al dente, about 3 minutes. Drain. Combine the olive oil mixture with the pasta.
