Guest guest Posted June 23, 2009 Report Share Posted June 23, 2009 * Exported from MasterCook * Tlt (Tofu, Lettuce And Tomato Sandwich) Recipe By : Serving Size : 0 Preparation Time :0:00 Categories : Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method -------- ------------ -------------------------------- olive oil spray 1 tbsp Dijon mustard 1 tablespoon soy sauce 1 pack tofu -- cut into pieces and patted dry 1 wheat free pitta bread lettuce tomato Preheat oven to 250C/475F/Gas 9 and spray a baking tray with olive oil. Combine mustard and soy sauce in a bowl. Place tofu on prepared baking sheet. Spread half the mustard on one side of the tofu and half on the other side and bake for 20 minutes.
