There's nothing like simmering pots on the store or bread in the oven. I cook, and I bake and I eat butter and a few other things. Life is to live and I'm not spending 30 years depriving myself to possibly live 5 years longer. Who cares about those last 5 years, those are the 5 years you won't be able to do anything in.
