I've noticed over the years here in this fabulous group the only thing really unwelcome is attitude and being judgmental. There is a small but growing folder of raw recipes. It's not about which diet is better; it's about sharing great food and enjoying each others' company. I hope. Crud, I just dropped my veggie dog in my beer.
