Guest guest Posted May 17, 2009 Report Share Posted May 17, 2009 Sorry for not finishing the thought: for recipes other than this one specifically, even when you're using the plastic wrap/cover method. The avocado will begin to darken after a couple of days. Try keeping the " airtight " container in the coldest spot of the fridge - that will help extend the life for a few days longer !
