The vegetarian menu consisted of: Soup Course: Butternut squash soup with maple cream sprinkled with cashew & pineapple pieces Salad: Arugula salad with roasted baby beets sprinkled with chopped pistachios, drizzled with balsamic vinegar and oil. Accompanied by cream cheese toast bites Main entree: Artichoke with tomato and caper sauce Leek & shitake mushroom tart with grilled asparagus Cauliflower and brussel sprouts with almonds in creamy sauce Dessert: Mini cream puffs (maple, vanilla, huckleberry and mocha flavors) It was lovely!
