I would be able to survive on canned veggies for a long time, cold right out of the can. I will eat a whole can of whatever cold if needed.LOL I love chickpeas cold and I will eat the whole can and that goes for canned beets, green beans, peas, corn, refried beans, etc. Oh and cold tofu out of the package too.
