You'll enjoy that Mixed Veggie Grill with your herbs too. It has the best marinade!!!!! Judy Garlic potatoes with parsley a.. 5-6 med white potatoes cubed b.. 3 cloves garlic crushed c.. 1 small minced onion d.. ½ cup finely chopped fresh parsley e.. 1 cup of water f.. 3 tbsp of butter/ margarine or olive oil In large frying pan add one tbsp of butter/ Marg. Or Oil, when heated add potatoes and onion fry for a 2-3 minutes on med-high heat. Turn heat to med-low add in slowly 1 cup of water, cook until water evaporates, if potatoes are still not cooked all the way through add a bit more water. When potatoes are cooked add in parsley, crushed garlic and last 2 tbsp of butter, Marg. or oil to slightly crisp potatoes and briefly cook parsley and garlic about 3- 5 minutes.
