Judy(JAPatrick) here is another good recipe for using your fresh herbs.

Just delicious. We made this recently and loved it. You'll enjoy that

Mixed Veggie Grill with your herbs too. It has the best marinade!!!!!

Garlic potatoes with parsley

a.. 5-6 med white potatoes cubed

b.. 3 cloves garlic crushed

c.. 1 small minced onion

d.. ½ cup finely chopped fresh parsley

e.. 1 cup of water

f.. 3 tbsp of butter/ margarine or olive oil

In large frying pan add one tbsp of butter/ Marg. Or Oil, when heated add

potatoes and onion fry for a 2-3 minutes on med-high heat. Turn heat to

med-low add in slowly 1 cup of water, cook until water evaporates, if

potatoes are still not cooked all the way through add a bit more water. When

potatoes are cooked add in parsley, crushed garlic and last 2 tbsp of

butter, Marg. or oil to slightly crisp potatoes and briefly cook parsley and

garlic about 3- 5 minutes. To have a more crispy potatoes add in 2 more

table spoons of Butter or oil and cook an extra 5 minutes.
