Guest guest
Hello, I am in the process of making the following recipe: http://f1.grp.fs.com/v1/QEfFSTLQRmpfQxtokw5es5BuVUlgNd4uVLxjjdEngK94wMLnESp\ R-QVmdBviNFfF7ApH-059tC8KhF_w0W8mhHm9Fxb8M7p8IGZGfll7CnSaCDdT/%2ARecipes/Substit\ utes%20for%20meat%20%2C%20fish%20%26%20dairy...all%20non-meat%20patties%20/Veget\ arian%20Ribs Vegetarian Ribs by Cherie in the Substitutes for Meat fish and dairy folder (at the very bottom) The recipe calls for 2 cups of gluten flour and 3 cups of water. The instructions say to add the water all at once and pour off any excess. When I added the water there wasn't enough flour to form a ball. I had to add an extra cup of flour. In almost every other gluten recipe I've made the water is equal to or a little less than the flour. Am I missing something? I am not done the recipe yet...I'll let you know how it turns out. Thanks in advance, Paula
