I live in Toronto, Ontario with my husband and two dogs. My husband is not vegetarian, but eats like one at home (I do all of the cooking.) I am so excited that spring is here and am dreaming of planting out my vegetable garden. Nothing beats using fresh veggies from your own garden in your favourite recipes. I wish he would eat like one at home but we both do the cooking (at least he has cut down somewhat). I am raising our boys (5, 3, and one due in May) as vegetarians. I would love a veggie garden and have lots of room for one but unfortunately I'm past the age of having the energy I need and DH is not the least bit interested in helping. I'm also not a sun/summer person so don't like to be outside much. If only veggies grew in the winter when I'm at my happiest. We've been to plays at the Diesel several times and were crushed to hear it's closing. Saw Buddy Guy at Massey Hall last year.
