Guest guest Posted March 21, 2009 Report Share Posted March 21, 2009 Garlic Spinach 3 tablespoons chopped peeled garlic 2 tablespoons butter or margerine 1 tablespoon chopped trimmed green onion 1 cup whipping cream or soy unsweetened creamer 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg 2 packages 10 oz. frozen chopped spinach, thawed and pressed dry 2 teaspoons salt 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper Combine garlic, butter and green onion in a medium saucepan. Cook over medium heat for 3 minutes. Add cream and nutmeg; bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer over medium-low heat until cream thickens, 4 minutes. Add spinach, salt and pepper.
