Guest guest Posted March 22, 2009 Report Share Posted March 22, 2009 Freezer Spaghetti Sauce 1 cup oil 1 tsp. garlic, chopped 2 green peppers 2 tsps. oregano 6 tsps. salt 4 bay leaves 6 quart tomatoes 4 onions, medium 2 stalks celery, optional 4 small cans tomato paste 3 tsps. pepper 8 whole cloves 1/2 cup sugar Put peppers, onions, tomatoes, and garlic in a blender. In a large pot, put oil, salt, pepper, sugar, oregano, tomato paste, chopped vegetables, and bay leaves. Bring to boil, simmer 6 hours. Add mushrooms pieces. Cool and freeze in bags.
