Also love to do this with asparagas, it turns out great. I love it grilled over any other way to fix it! I use olive oil and lemon juice and rosemary some S & P let it set while the coals are getting ready then grill away! YUMMY We also love to grill corn on the cob, it's a little more work b/c we soak in water first (not too long, just while the coals are getting ready) then we place them in the coals while other stuff is grilling on the top. You have to remember to turn them though! This takes 2 people usually...well for us it does. One person to remove the top while the other person quickly turns the corn! It also turns out delicious!
