Mock chopped liver, was Hamantashen Pastry cookie

I made the mock chopped liver and really enjoyed it. It didnt need much

seasoning at all. I ate it on wheat crackers, it smell and tasted like the real

thing. I might experiment and had maybe chopped celery.
