Guest guest
So easy to make your own nut butters. I make only enough for one or two sandwiches in my electric coffee grinder. Takes just a few seconds and is so much cheaper than buying the pre-made. Use any nuts or a combination of your favorites. I sometimes use sunflower seeds and pumpking seeds. Add your favorite spices/herbs,sea salt, a little olive oil / honey or agave nectar. Deanna in Colorado

Mercy ! I should have added that info. LOL. The nuts or seeds all need a tiny bit of liquid added to make them more spreadable.. AFTER !!!! In a separate bowl. Thanks for reminding me.
