Guest guest
My blood pressure has never been " too low, " but (with a few exceptions) it's certainly never been high. I'm grateful for that, I have high blood pressure on both sides of my family. Whenever I have tiny baby animals (birds or kittens) to feed, I have to hold my hands under hot water, or rub them together to get them warm. I never wear shorts unless I'm going to be outside all day in the summer. Always have a sweater or jacket, wherever I go. I wore long underwear frequently under my jeans in the winter in college. Since I've been working, I've learned just how warm pantyhose are, in the winter I wear them under my dress pants -- and the warmth compensates for the uncomfortableness most days! I drink tea all day at work in the winter, too. Audrey S. On Mon, Apr 13, 2009 at 10:02 AM, Maureen <ailanthus wrote: > > > I'm like that, too, Audrey.
