Guest guest Posted August 16, 2009 Report Share Posted August 16, 2009 Loretta, The only nutritional yeast product that I'm aware of that specifically contains B-12 is " Red Star Nutritional Yeast - Vegetarian Support Formula " . Its UPC number is 017929-745608. " There are many other nutritional yeast products that do contain many of the vitamin B's but not B-12. Also, I'm not aware of any that contain the essential omega's. For that you should consider consume flax or hemp seed.
