I have seen the change in myself, my patients and friends that there seems to be a lessening of aggression when meat is eliminated from the diet. That does not mean that we are all happy rainbow chasing animal lovers or that all meat eaters are violent, savages. People are people, their core evil or good is still going to be the same, but what we feed our minds, bodies and spirits does influence how our core personalities will manifest themselves.
