My decision to go vege was based solely on my love of animals also.? I just

could no longer?justify professing my love out of one side of my mouth and

consuming them with the other.? It just seemed very hypocritical to me.?

I do not eat for my love of animals, it has

nothing to do with health reasons. I do not judge people who eat meat, I just

Ok, I'm still a meat eater, I was raised that way BUT, I would love to get more

vegtables into my diet. I believe it would be so much better for me in the long

run. And there are so many I love, but just not enough ways to cook them.

That's why I joined, besides, who knows, I may prefer this.

My granddaughter thinks I could do it and if I try, she will, too. She use to be

vegetarian but being the only one, she didn't get far.

I'm very interested in South Indian cooking.

Everybody just bear with me, we'll see how it goes.

I'll try not to be too aggressive, I've been threatened with a limp wet noodle.
