I finally found some nori yesterday at Whole Foods! I've never made anything

with it (but have had seaweed in dishes others have made and I love it!) so I'm

going to try this! Thanks for sharing!

Hiya Jann

The trick we found was not to overstuff the nori as it is far easier to roll, we

used paper fans also to cool the rice down quicker and this seemed to work

really well. The sharper the knife the better it looks when sliced.

Good luck and regards fitzy

Hi Mo,

They are so tasty that we ended up eating the whole lot, wear expanding pants.

Hope you enjoy them, the fun is making them!

Warmest Regards Fitzy

Also cleaning the knife between slices helps as the starch can build up and make

for sloppy cuts. I love pickled string beans in my sushi rolls. :)

Peace,
