I made these for breakfast, 2 dozen of them and all I had left was 2 dirty pans.

Popettes Popovers

1 cup flour

1/2 teaspoon salt

2 eggs

1 cup skim milk

Sift flour and salt together; set aside. Beat eggs and skim milk; add to flour.

Beat until smooth and creamy. Pour into heated greased muffin tins, filling half

Bake at 375 degrees for 50 minutes, or until popovers are golden brown and sound

hollow.

DO NOT OPEN OVEN FOR FIRST 40 MINUTES.

Serve with pure fruit jam or jelly.

I made a dozen this AM and yummy - same here just dirty dishes left! Thanks

for the reminder, I had not made these in years and just happened to have the

time this morning to let them bake. Val
