You can also do this with Tacos...either flour or corn.  Defrost a package of

creamed spinach and bake...then add toppings.

 

A friend of mine did this for us about 8 yrs ago while we were visiting.

Great idea Kathy, to use a creamed spinach in your burrito's and taco's. Sounds

good. Check out my recipe for Haystacks in the Mexican recipe files. It is a

Mexican Bar that you make into a salad. So good and a quick meal.
