Guest guest Posted March 9, 2009 Report Share Posted March 9, 2009 Carrot and Potato Hash Browns 4 large carrots, coarsely grated 1 potato, finely grated and squeezed of all liquid 1/4 cup flour 1 egg, beaten salt and pepper to taste 2 tablespoons olive oil In a large bowl, combine all ingredients until well mixed.
