Guest guest Posted December 13, 2008 Report Share Posted December 13, 2008 Ingredients Cottage Cheese, 2% Milkfat, 500 grams Ginger, ground, 1 tbsp Garlic, 1 tsp Pepper, black, .5 tsp Yogurt, plain, low fat, 1 cup (8 fl oz) Onions, raw, 10 rings Chili powder, 1 tsp *Lemon Juice, 4 wedge yields Directions Mix all the ingredients, except the onion rings and lemon and marinate for 20-30 minutes. About 20 minutes before serving, place the paneer on a drip pan and bake in the pre-heated oven for about 10 minutes. Remove from oven, brush with oil and bake again for 10 minutes.
