Guest guest
I really don't have much luck with tofu as it usually falls apart. Now, this is fine in you want crumbles and I use it that way in my lasagna. But, I wanted to use the tofu in my stir fry. So, someone posted here posted this website a while back where it showed the dry-fry method. And that's what I did. Dry-fried my tofu slices and then marinated them in Annie's Naturals Organic Mango Cilantro Marinade. The tofu turned out awesome. The dry-fry method is too much to post, but you can find it here, with pictures: http://hubpages.com/hub/How_to_Cook_Tofu_Like_the_Pros
