Guest guest Posted December 13, 2008 Report Share Posted December 13, 2008 I am interested in your substituting agave for sugar in your jams/jellies. Hopw much agave to how much sugar? My brother is diabetic and I would like to see him start to use agave for its low glycemic level, so I would love to pass that info on to him. Plus, I would use it myself and since you have good luck with it already, I would appreciate your expertise. I make alot of granola bars and use agave for those and am always looking for other areas to use it as a substitute for sugar. Thanks ahead for your sharing.
