Guest guest
My heart goes out to you. I still have my mom and thank God every day that she is here with me and that she is in her right mind. She turned 80 a few days ago I don't know how I will deal with life without her. I don't visit her as much as I would like but we talk almost every and sometimes several times a day. Often those of who still have our mothers take it for granted and complain about things that annoy us. After losing my sister to breast cancer in 2005, I realized how short life is and how precious it is. I stopped taking my mother for granted. I try to make time to talk with her when she calls even if I feel overwhelmed with other things. I realize that one day she may not be here and I will wish for these days. I try to make the best of them. It does us all good to be reminded of the importance of our loved ones especially our mothers. Thanks all.
