Guest guest
After looking at all the wonderful pasta recipes in the files, I am going to get out a pasta maker I borrowed from a friend. Still undecided if I want to buy it, its a Imperial, quite heavy and does work great, its also fun to get flour everywhere. I made spinach pasta as well as WW pasta, and freeze the dough for later. So much better tasting than store bought pasta. Does anyone else use a pasta maker? Karo
Guest guest
For me its another food that I have control over the ingredients. It is fun to make and there are tons of recipes on the web. Changing the flavor is easy, say spinach, beet or sweet potato just by using baby food. I don't know about using eggs beaters, I use eggs (sorry). I have never made homemade pasta. Now I m interested. Donna Sent from my Verizon Wireless BlackBerry ---
Guest guest
I do! Mine has about seven different setting but not linguinie which DH's favourite size. On the weekend I made spinach lasagne noodles. The colour is beautiful and it was so tasty! There are recipes out that that do not have eggs. Bryanna Clark Grogan has one in Nonna's Italian Kitchen. Simply Heavenly also has one. I'm sure there are a lot more out there. It's fun to experiment.
