Guest guest
A friend of mine's SIL brought brownies to a Christmas party. No one thought they were weird at all & everyone enjoyed them. She said you can use any brownie mix & add one can of pureed black beans. No eggs, no oil, nothing else. Thought I'd share. ¸.·´ .·´¨¨)) ((¸¸.·´ .·´ -:¦:- Terri -:¦:- ((¸¸.·´ Genesis 2:15 The Lord God then took the man and settled him in the garden of Eden, to cultivate and care for it. Guest guest
Hi Audrey, I haven't made them yet, so I had to ask. This is the answer I got: " Well, some people say to just dump the whole can in the blender.. I have always drained, and rinsed them cuz there is salt in the can... but that's where it's a little tricky.. you have to add just enough water to come to the top of the beans but not completely cover them .. about 1/2 cup I think but I haven't perfected that amount yet.. If I figure out an exact amount of water I'll let you know. Here's a nice one. Peanut Butter Cookies INGREDIENTS 1 cup peanut butter 1 cup white sugar 1 egg DIRECTIONS Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (180 degrees C). Combine ingredients and drop by teaspoonfuls on cookie sheet. Bake for 8 minutes. Let cool. Recipe doesn't make very many, so you could double recipe as you desire.
