Yum-It-up… Here is one, Take some heads of Elephant garlic Still in the paper, soak them in a little olive oil. Set them off to the side of the BBQ when your grilling. (wood fire, this won't work with Gas…And really, Gas BBQ?...Don't get me started) Cook them until tender…Yum-it-up! Smoosh (Very technical cooking term, Smoosh) them out on some toasted French Bread with a little more olive oil and a touch of salt and pepper...
