Ginger 1 c. half & half 1 clove garlic 1 T. minced onion 1/2 t. Dijon-style mustard 1/2 lb. grated mild cheddar cheese 1 cauliflower head, cooked Preparation Melt butter. Add flour and stir. Add Ginger, garlic and onion and stir briefly. Slowly add half & half, stirring constantly. Add mustard and cheese. Stir until melted and hot. Serve over cooked cauliflower.
