I love the pecans and rice in this loaf.

Nut Lentil Loaf

2 cups brown lentils (cooked)

1 1/2 cups onions, diced (sauteed)

1 1/2 cups rice (brown, cooked)

1/2 cup celery, diced (sauteed)

1/2 cup pecans (ground or chopped)

1 tsp sage (ground)

 

1/2 tsp. garlic powder

1 1/4 tsp salt

3/4 tsp marjoram (flakes)

 

Saute onions and celery in 1 t. oil. Mix all ingredients together in a bowl.

Place in a casserole dish. Bake at 350 degrees F for 30-45 minutes.
