Guest guest Posted April 16, 2009 Report Share Posted April 16, 2009 Balsamic Walnut Herb Salad Dressing 1/8 cup chopped toasted walnuts 1 teaspoon dried Herb de Provence 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper 2 ounces balsamic vinegar 6 ounces virgin olive oil 2 tablespoons gorgonzola cheese cut in small chunks Grind the herbs in a mortar to bring out the oils.
