Ann,

What a testimony to your influence on your husbands eating habits. That is

great.

My husband loves tossed salads with all the veggies. I even add some he isn't

crazy about like cauliflower and raw yellow or zucchini squash and with the

salad dressing on it, he eats it anyways. I sent a tossed salad with everything

but the kitchen sink in it, for his lunch today. I put some little oyster

crackers, imitation baco bits, and parmasean cheese in a seperate container for

him to add to his salad.

He loved it.

My husband only eats vegetarian when home and I send him lunch most days which

is also vegetarian. He is so much healthier than his siblings who have remained

on a meat diet.

He loved it.

When I met my husband, he had never eaten a salad! Food really became an

adventure for him. After 36 years, he is the only family member, on his

side, without a heart attack or cancer. He claims it is the " little trees "

I got him to eat.
