hello 3/13 (Friday the 13th)

Hello my name is Mike (mjryg) I live in St.Louis MO. I was a

vegetarian for

about 3 years in the '80's. I am slowly but surely moving back into being a

lacto-ovo

vegetarian. I have cut back to 3 meatless days a week and will gradually be a

total vegatarian

by the end of the month.

I enjoy music, dance, theatre, art, the outdoors ( hiking/walking) swimming,

biking,

sports ( both playing and watching) wine tasting, cooking, ( I will be posting

some of

my fave veggie recipies soon)

Welcome Mike. I'm making the switch gradually as well. It's been pretty easy

for me, but my teen daughter and husband aren't ready to totally give up all

meat, that's fine. They're at least open to trying the recipes I make, so we're

doing meatless a few days a week.

The recipe files here are FABULOUS!
