Guest guest Posted June 9, 2009 Report Share Posted June 9, 2009 My friend gave me a package of bowtie pasta called papillion. They look like butterflies, they have green and dark pinkish tips. Colored with beet juice and spinach. I sauteed a sliced porti mushroom, shallot, garlic, onions and spinach and tossed with a little olive oil (blood orange flavored) and sprinkled hemp seeds on top. I scarfed it down, too bad I didn't take a picture, huh?
