Guest guest
I doubt it, few people eat it or can locate it. I eat it a few times a week, I also use hemp milk and hemp nut seeds. I love tha flavor, spread it on your toast. It is full of the omegas and protein too. Guest guest
I used it instead of pb for a pb and j. I also did hemp butter and rose honey. That's all so far. Its more runny than peanut butter and tastes more earthy I guess. I liked it. An environmentalist podcast I listen to taste tested it and hemp waffles. The hemp waffles had the same amount of protein as Kashi waffles and I prefer blueberry over just boring normal so I skipped those. Heres the stats on the hemp butter compared to my simply jiff. Jiff is 2 Tbs- 8 grams of protein 2g dietary fiber and 16 g of fat. The hemp butter for 1Tbs - 11 g protein 1 dietary fiber and 9.8 grams of fat. It says its rich in amino acids and Omega 3 and 6 fatty acids. I am a gastric bypass patient so protein is very important to me. I have to eat soooo much of it and my stomach is so tiny I need the most protein for my oz which can be a challenge without eating meat. Guest guest
Allot of these butters you can use in place of regular butter. Almond usually works the best. I used hemp seeds almost daily sprinkled on my salad. Love the nutty flavor of them. Guest guest
I don't know if the Hemp Butter we use is the same " Hemp Butter " everyone is referrring to, but my company uses Hemp Butter in two products for skin care. I had never considered that it might be a form of food but everything seems to point to it being one and the same. I put an email into our supplier to find out if what we purchase is indeed a internal food as well. I love it more than cocoa butter for formulating- can't wait to see if we get to try it as a snack too. Ande
