Guest guest
I wasn't allowed to cook mushrooms, Mom couldn't stand the smell or taste. Same thing with my nephews, they would complain too. Guest guest
My mom used to (and might still on " off diet " days) make fried mushrooms, onions, and potatoes for supper. Occasionally threw an egg in with it. Good, cheap supper. She always put ketchup on hers -- ick! I love mushrooms and onions, saute them and they're the base for most of my made-up meals. Audrey S. Guest guest
Tequila? That sounds like my kind of cooking with alcohol - better than wine! I'll have to try this!! Audrey S. Guest guest
I have sauteed for years with olive oil and a splash of tequila at the end. Then toss your sauteed veggies with pasta. Tell me how you like it. Donna Sent from my Verizon Wireless BlackBerry Audrey Snyder <AudeeBird Wed, 27 May 2009 18:47:54 Re: Mushrooms, Garlic, Onions and Shallots Tequila?
