Guest guest
Hello all, I am looking for a recipe for yellow lentil soup. My husband and I go to this Middle Eastern restaurant all the time and get their yellow lentil soup and I would like to make it at home. I have looked on the internet but all the recipes call for beef stock and I know at the restaurant we go to it is vegetarian. Can anyone help? It is very thick and delicious. They also have a delicious hummus that beats anything I can buy at the supermarket. Does anyone have a good recipe for that? Thank you, Susan
