Guest guest Posted May 27, 2009 Report Share Posted May 27, 2009 3 leeks broth 3 potatoes 2 carrots 4 celery 1/2 tsp salt 1/4 tsp pepper 1/4- 1/2 tsp each onion powder, ital. season.,garlic powder, bay leaf Saute leeks; Then simmer all ingredients together until tender.
