I would prefer that, but I suppose I could just use a veggie burger and smother it in my own BBQ sauce -- I grew up in Kansas City, I like my BBQ sauce! Mmmm... that does sound good with fried onions! I'm getting hungry! Audrey S. I'm going to check my ABC so see if they have the alternate ones. That's only a 1 hour drive and no border crossing lineup. I have made the seitan ones from Everyday Dish but, although they taste great, they just don't have quite the right texture.
