Gardenburger BBQ Riblet sauce

I thought I had seen " naked riblets " somewhere (probably Whole Foods) --

anybody else know? I would prefer that, but I suppose I could just use a

veggie burger and smother it in my own BBQ sauce -- I grew up in Kansas

City, I like my BBQ sauce! :)

Mmmm... that does sound good with fried onions! I'm getting hungry!

Giants also sells them if you dont have a whole foods in your area.

I have to drive for 2 hours and cross the border to get Gardenburger riblets.

I'm going to check my ABC so see if they have the alternate ones. That's only a

1 hour drive and no border crossing lineup.

 

I have made the seitan ones from Everyday Dish but, although they taste great,

they just don't have quite the right texture. I'll eat them until I buy the

'real' ones and use them as treats.
