Guest guest Posted May 24, 2009 Report Share Posted May 24, 2009 I will grill eggplant this way and then make eggplant parm with it or I will put it in a roll with heated spaghetti sauce.It cooks up fast on the grill. Guest guest Posted May 24, 2009 Report Share Posted May 24, 2009 I let it sit a few minutes in teriyaki and a little olive oil. Grill and then sprinkle sesame seeds on top. It does grill fast and sits right on the grill with no problems. I did this yesterday.
