Guest guest
Thanks, Helga. Yes, the neurological symptoms sound like they'd be worse than anemia. I hope your health has improved. I am not vegan, I've been an ovo-lacto vegetarian for about a year and a half. Probably not a bad idea to take supplements, just in case. Audrey S. Guest guest
Ok, thanks. Good to know they don't bother your stomach -- I don't really like to take vitamins because they usually give me a bad aftertaste and a little indigestion. Audrey S. Guest guest
My doctor said to use a sublingual B-12 (place under the tongue to let it dissolve). Guest guest
I have to take B12 but it does not get into my blood stream if I take it in pill form so I use the liquid form. It works wonderfully that way, my levels went up dramatically when I started taking it that way. Pam To cure jealousy is to see it for what it is, a dissatisfaction with self. B12 is synthesized by bacteria, the only true source of B12 vitamins. There's an informative article about B12 on Wikipedia, http://en.wikipedia .org/wiki/ B12 for more info. I think it's important to take a B12-supplement, especially if you are vegan, as it's not easy to get the amount we need from food. I've been a vegetarian for more than 20 years now and my B12-deficiency was discovered two years ago. Guest guest
Irene, I take a B-Complex sublingual liquid by Spring Valley, it has all the B vitamins and over the recommended dose my doctor told me to take in B-12. It tastes good too, just don't drip it on your clothes, it's a nice bright orange color and can stain lol. To cure jealousy is to see it for what it is, a dissatisfaction with self.
