I would use the timing for the largest bean -- you need to have them fully

cooked whether under pressure or not.

I know that my book says if the bean isn't listed then to use the timing for one

that is the approximately the same size and shape.

 

But what about mixes of differnt bean types? I bought one of those mixes for a

soup and would like to use my pressure cooker for it but am not sure how.

I have a jar I toss all my leaftover beans in and cook them all up when I

have enough and several varities. I still cook them 55-60 mins in my

pressure cooker.
