Look in our recipe files. There is a large folder called " breakfast " . I have a

great baked oatmeal and granola in there. I often heat a wheat tortilla and

spread hemp butter or peanut butter on it and wrap around a banana. Cheerios

with rice milk.

What's For Breakfast?

Hello everyone!

I'm new to the group and to the lifestyle. I would like to get some help in

cooking more healthy, delicious foods for breakfast other than our regular eggs

and bread for my family. And, in the process hopefully not put too much of a

strain on the pocketbook.

If you have any suggestions, thanks!

Donna's granola rocks! I'd make it all the time if I could trust myself

to exercise anything resembling portion control when it's around. Peace, Mo

Thanks MoMo. It even got posted on the hippie Woodstock web site.

I really need to make some up. I have the same problem, I can eat 4 bowls with

no problem.
