We got to bed way too early to welcome in the new year. what I did do this morning was make a huge pot of veggie soup. I pulled out the veggie drawers and checked for things that had been forgotten but were still in better than good shape. I pulled some frozen bits out of the freezer and added them to the pot. This will be a soup of many colours and therefore a healthy start to the new year. I love and it's cold enough today to really get me into wanting to make it.
