The best places I have found to shop for really good veggie foods are the Whole Foods in St. Louis (Brentwood, near the Galleria), the International Grocery, " Global Foods " in Kirkwood, MO., and a few places closer to home. I wish we had something large, like Whole Foods nearer to here. Oh well! When I can get to the " biggie " stores, it's a treat, and when I can't, I do the best I can. It's amazing what I can come up with even without lots of fancy places to go shopping. With the summer Farmers' Market produce, veggie eating couldn't be better! I don't get over there very often, and that's a good thing -- I'd spend way too much money! I probably get over there once a month. It is neat to visit, but I don't end up buying a whole lot because everything is just so expensive. Audrey S.
