Hi Lisa,

I grew up around Hungarian cooking and, since this didn't ring a bell, I

looked through my two good Hungarian cookbooks, but no success. :( My

guess would be that it's a pepper jelly or maybe a hot plum/prune thing,

but I can't find anything like that that's used as a condiment. If you

find the answer (or if anyone else knows), would you please share it?

I'm really curious now!

Peace,

Mo

PS Looking around the net, it seems that the name for shish kebab is

rablohus (with an accent on the O and the U) or robber's meat if that helps.

am told that it is served with shish kabob(if that helps). If anyone can advise

me on where to buy this or make it, I would appreciate it.
