Guest guest
hi...one day I got the idea after finding a few wild meadow mushrooms on the way to my brother's house(they were as big as portabellos),to chop one of them up and use some kidney beans and other stuff to make my own veggie burgers...here is the recipie: what you need: a good sized meadow mushroom(if you are afraid of wild mushrooms use a portabello),a tube of wasabi sauce,2 cans of kidney beans, some soy powder,2 eggs,a few purslanes(an edible weed),some wheat germ, and crackers as a filler. what you do: 1:chop the meadow(or portabello) mushroom up into as small as possible pieces. 2:open the kidney beans, rinse in a strainer, then mash the kidney beans. 3:chop the purslanes up. 4:crush half a sleeve of saltine crackers. 5:get out 2 tbs of wheat germ and 1 tbs of soy powder. 6:mix all of the mentiond ingredients in a large bowl. 7: beat the 2 eggs, mix with the rest of the ingredients, also put some wasabi sauce with it. 8:form the mixture into patties, then fry them for 6 minutes on medium heat then flip over and fry another 6 minutes. 9:let the paties cool and serve. hope this sounds good(I like it).
