Jeanne,

What an amazing and touching story!  Tears are rolling down my cheeks.( and I

don't cry very easily)

That little cat is lucky to have found such a wonderful home with you.  Thank

you for sharing that!

Oh, Jeanne, how sweet! I'm glad she's doing ok, though it is sad about the

kitten. Sounds like she has some new friends who will help her. :)

I agree. It was so beautiful and sweet to read how those other cats took care

of that mom cat in labor and afterwards.

What a lovely story, Jeanne. My two naughty torties have been together now

for almost 9 years and still cannot get along. Poor Layla (nearly 9) has

peripheral neuropathy (associated with her diabetes) in her back legs and

really struggles to get around and in particular find it hard now to jump up

onto the bed. This isn't made any easier when Poppy sits up top and knocks

her back down again. It is really hard to see Layla not able to stand up for

herself any more. I just ordered some methylcobalamin Vitamin B12 in the

hopes that it might help to counter the neuropathy.

Aww, what a sweet story. I have a good friend who was raised on a farm. She

said when a mare is ready to deliver, the other mares will encircle her and

help--much like the cat in your story. That is just sweet.
